Should we require an evacuation, we will contact each owner and/or the emergency contact provided at check-in. Should city officials issue a mandatory evacuation, all pets must be picked up by a family contact. In case of a voluntary evacuation, we will proceed with the safest option for the pets in our care. During hurricane season, clients are required to sign an additional waiver.
